In honour of International Women’s Day, the Fund’s ladies took part in the thought-provoking “Envision Her Summit 2026”. The event was held on the 19th of March at Mavuso Trade Centre.
The summit brought together women leaders, professionals, and emerging changemakers to engage in inspiring conversations centred on empowerment, leadership, innovation, and the advancement of women in all sectors. The Fund’s participation reflects its ongoing commitment to fostering gender equity, supporting professional growth, and championing platforms that elevate the voices and contributions of women in the workplace and the nation.
One of the speakers at the event, from the Fund, was Director Internal Audit and Risk, Mrs Pauline Dlamini, who presented on the topic “Leading The Way You Want To Be Led: Empathy As The Heart Of Women Leadership”. Highlighting her journey, she attested to believing in leadership grounded in purpose, compassion and service. She said leadership that values people, builds trust and helps others to grow was important.
The Fund remains dedicated to initiatives that build an inclusive environment where every woman is empowered to excel, lead, and contribute meaningfully to Eswatini’s development.
