Promoting informed retirement decisions, the Public Service Pensions Fund (PSPF), through its Membership Education program, capacitated NAPSAWU at its Mid-Term Conference 2026. PSPF Director Operations Mr. Jethro Ndlangamandla presented key insights on the Fund’s operations and pension benefits to the congress, ensuring delegates understood the Fund’s services and member benefits.
Meanwhile, the rest of the PSPF team was on the ground, engaging civil servants directly. They assisted members with downloading the PSPF Mobile App, collected contact information from those not receiving the monthly contribution SMS notifications, and provided the Fund’s standard member education and retirement-planning guidance.
This initiative underscores PSPF’s ongoing commitment to keeping civil servants informed and connected, ensuring all members have access to their benefits and can make well-informed retirement decisions.
