The Fund has introduced the Ingcamu App, a digital innovation representing yet another important step in bringing services closer to members, improving efficiency, and embracing the opportunities presented by technology. It is more than just an application as it is a bridge between the Fund and the members it serves, ensuring that information is at their fingertips and service delivery is always within reach.
Things to note when registering with the Ingcamu App
- Only Civil Servants on Probation, Permanent and Pensionable basis can access the App
- Android Phones use Google Play Store, and IOS Phones use App Store
N.B. Huawei currently cannot access
- First Sign Up before Log In.
Make sure you remove 0 at the beginning of your Employment Number
- Kindly double check your employment / pension number with your payslip
- Authenticate with SMS (Local) and Email (Abroad)
N.B. With an email OTP kindly check your junk and spam folders if not received in your inbox
