One of the most significant advantages of old age is the wealth of wisdom that accumulates over time. This wisdom is a priceless resource, honed through countless experiences and capable of guiding younger generations towards more informed decisions and compassionate actions.

The Fund’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Mr Masotja Vilakati with some PSPF Staff members celebrated the Fund’s oldest members who are Mr Walter Masuku born 1 January 1920 from Nsingweni, Maphalaleni Inkhundla and Mr Phillip Matsebula born 25 August 1924 from Mpofu, Buhleni Inkhundla. Both are among the Fund’s oldest members. Mr Masuku is a retired Builder whilst Mr Matsebula is a retired soldier.

The CEO spent time and appreciated the Elders while expressing the Fund’s pride in evidently fulfilling its mandate of providing an excellent memorable retirement service experience to them. The CEO gifted the pensioners with gifts from the Fund as a token of gratitude and appreciation.

Both elderly members expressed profound appreciation to God for the gift of life as all their peers have passed on. “We are grateful to the Fund for faithfully paying us our annuity since retirement which has been responsible for all our upkeep,” Matsebula said. These testimonials are paramount to the Fund’s vision as it celebrates 30 years this year of “Honouring the Past, Excelling in the Present, Innovating the Future.”
